Chris Cody has returned to the United States from a successful Japanese tour.  The Japanese fans were thrilled by Cody both in and out of the squared circle.  Throughout the "Land of the Rising Sun" he is recognized as "Who am I/I am Cody". Upon his return to the States, Chris has been competing in Global Championship Wrestling and Pensacola Wrestling Alliance.  Recently, Panhandle Championship Wrestling added Cody to their roster of superstars, and Chris immediately challenged Pete the Pirate for PCW's Heavyweight Title.

帰国後のコディーはグローバル・チャンピオンシップ・レスリングとペンサコーラ・レスリング・アライアンスで活躍している。さらに、最近パンハンドル・チャンピオンシップ・レスリング(PCW)に出場し、多くのスーパースターと対戦。ピート・ザ・パイレートとPCWのヘビー級タイトルを競った。

January 13, 2001- Chris Cody pounded 6'8" Kornbred for twenty minutes.  Chris stepped out of the ring for three seconds, was counted out, the win went to the big man. Kornbred sustained a leg injury during this match, at the hands of the crippler.

  January 20, 2001- Chris teamed with "Sign of the Times" member Big Time to battle Tyrone and professional bodybuilder, Rajun Cajun.  Tyrone was injured before the match ended in a brawl-the crippler strikes again.

February 3, 2001- Cody returned to Japan to wrestle for Zipang Pro Wrestling in Tokyo.  He also made a brief visit to his old stomping grounds at Big Japan in Yokahama.

February 11, 2001- Chris made a huge comeback at PWA in Florida in a three way dance.  He avoided most of the battle, but, took every opportunity for pinfalls.  Cody was distracted outside the ring, and a brawl ensued!  Chris was suspended after pushing a fan.

 April 8-14, 2001-Chris made a triumphant return to Siatama, Japan, wrestling for the WWS with the Great Mr. Pogo.   Chris will go to Tokyo, Japan, on May 20, 2001, to wrestle with the Crown Promotion, the Eagle Promotion, and WWS.

2001年4月8­〜14日 – 埼玉で開催されたWWSに凱旋興行。グレート・ミスターポゴと対戦。2001年5月20日には東京に移動、クラウン・プロモーション、ザ・イーグル・プロモーション及びWWSに出場。

June 9th, 2001-"Crippler" Chris Cody made his PCW debut in Defuniak Springs, FL in a match against Heavy B.  He had a dispute with the referee and soundly defeated the referee in a challenge match by submission.

 To mentally and physically prepare for the rigors of his Japanese tour, Chris appeared on the card of West Florida Wrestling and Panhandle Championship Wrestling in Florida's northwest. Three intense matches were fought.

  A successful tour with Asian Sports Group in Japan. Chris visited many cities and was greeted by a host of admiring fans. Chris was injured in a US match prior to his Asian tour but carried on so as not to disappoint his Japanese audiences.
